About Me
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of The Sage Couch.
I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Oklahoma and spent my career helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with resilience and hope.
I specialize in working with anxiety disorders, trauma and stressor-related disorders, and mood disorders. Many of my clients are also coping with life transitions, self-esteem struggles, communication challenges in relationships, or the impact of chronic health conditions such as autoimmune disorders.
My approach is rooted in evidence-based therapies, including CBT, DBT, and Gestalt therapy. Together, we’ll look at the patterns that keep you stuck, build practical coping strategies, and work toward reshaping unhelpful beliefs. Therapy should be collaborative, compassionate, and real. I meet you where you are without judgment and help you uncover the strengths you already carry.
Life can feel heavy and isolating at times, but you don’t have to carry it alone. I provide a safe space to process, reflect, and grow, with the goal of helping you find clarity, resilience, and peace in your everyday life. Whether you’re seeking healing, tools to navigate change, or simply a space to be understood, I’m here to walk alongside you as you move forward.
